On a more frivolous note, although probably most people have heard this old chestnut by now: "The world is divided into three types of people: those who can count and those who can't"!!! I still love that one, and not everyone gets it straight away !!! |

A powerful piece of advice I always think. Taken from Stephen King's magnificent short story "Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank redemption", from which the film "The Shawshank Redemption" was adapted. I am re-reading some of King's stuff and have just finished that beautiful story, hence the quote is fresh in my mind. |

Always hard to be YOU.
As John Lennon said : "Being honest may not get you a lot of friends but it'll always get you the right ones." A lot of people duck out of that principle because they are scared or perhaps bullied. But Leeds 👎👎👎. Rolo will love this. Football fans are amazing the way they come up with songs for their team, manager or individual players. I always wondered where a chant starts. Is it at a fan club meeting? Is it some individual starts it up in the stands and it catches on? Is it in a fan club magazine? Possibly the wrong thread, but anyway ... I saw today that Leeds soccer fans have a song they sing to their manager, Marcelo Bielsa, during matches, to show their appreciation of him. It's set to the tune of "Bad Moon Rising":
