I will be 50 in July (my god, I'm getting old!!).    I was thinking about having a party to celebrate.  The only thing is where do I have it.   I live in Donaghmede, so anywhere on the Northside, Malahide, Portmarnock etc.

Does anybody have any ideas?   It will be small enough, only about 40 or 50.   I don't want anything too expensive.

Cathy,

I think the Harp Bar in Swords also does a "free function room" deal but I've no idea what the pub itself is like.

Cheers,

He is getting up there allright DonDon. His birthday is March 18th-- The day after Paddy's Day and the day before St Joseph's day. Hence his twin brother's name "Patrick Joseph". The parents were running out of names I think.
