Just saw that Extreme are playing a show in The Academy (used to be Spirit)
on 8 November on Ticketmaster site. Reminds me of the slow sets in my day...I'll be buying a ticket for this one! |

Hi Condor, I saw them last time they played, they were great. Incredible guitarist live. Unfortunately i wont be at this one as I am going to another gig that night, ryan adams in the ambassador. |

The good thing about the extreme gig ( & ryan adams) is that its on a saturday night and one could go to Bruxelles for a beer after it, probably with a big chunk of the extreme audience! or if one was feeling like pushing the envelope, maybe even fibbers! |

Condor welcome to the site,Extreme,thats a name l'd forgotten,thought they broke up,"more than words",l slow danced to that a few times alright,will give the gig a miss though,they were a one hit wonder to me,l remember another tune of theres though, "get the funk out"do you remember that one ? enjoy the gig

oh yes condor , got my tickets as soon as they announced , still trying to get black russian to go (he's not a fan but the promise of a free pint will tempt him no doubt!!!!!). new album released 12/08/08 ,

Welcome Condor - hope you have fun on the site. Just heard that TOP GEAR are holding 10 shows in the RDS in November - tickets a bit on the pricey side for a 75 minute show cheapest 75 up to 120 - my young fella is going to drive me nuts to go. I wouln't mind getting a closer look at Richard Hammond all right.
