Loadsa famous signatures in it. The lads love looking at it from time to time and asking who everyone is.

I've kept a diary since I was 12yrs old.........I keep them all together in a special little box and whenever I feel sad I take one out and read it....and end up in knots laughing at what a depressing little teenager I was. I even have the one of the night I met HD down the grove....but I'll never tell what it says

No-seriously-I think the oldest thing I have is my school journal-kept it cos everyine wrote something in it on the last day-we all swapped the journals around during Miss Nolans Irish class.

Have loads of concert tickets from early 80's...

You'd never get away with it. HD would be sure to get a photo of you with one of his seventy three cameras.

All concert tickets, all diaries, school shirt signed by all class on last day. All cards sent to me by hubby for whatever occasion (eventually threw out all the ones from old boyfriends). Never recorded over a recording....some of my tape collection is Quite embarrassing! God knows what else I have stuffed in boxes...always too afraid to look!

I have stuff from very early as a kid, nothing kept from later years. I don't think I actively threw anything out specifically - more just could never be bothered keeping anything.

I have far too many signed photos of/from Frank Stapleton, who was my hero at the time. I also have a signed photo of the Irish team the day Pierse O Leary played for them for some reason and a Christmas card from the Arsenal team of 1979.

Frank's da worked with my da - seemed incerdibly exotic to have a link to such a famous guy.

I also have about four hundred pairs of football socks that I am definitely throwing out. Promise.

I'm searching for that cash I should have saved for the crash

Thats a great way to do it - keep all the crap from your youth but in someone else's house!!!  Fair bit of that around from what I read on here - eh Rolo?  I'll be copying my mother on this when TLF moves out - here's your backpack and here's your sixty boxes of crap.  When you move it all moves with ya!!!!Approve

funnily enough because of that I've very little memorabilia left - do have the Grovepass though.  I chucked the diaries years ago - wish I'd kept them now, wasn't a space issue just couldn't read them without getting morto!!!!!!!Smiles018

Used to collect T-Shirts - you know, Slane 85 and all that. We moved house last year and most went in the skip. Pity really, could never see myself wearing them again. Other than that, nothing really, unless you can say old 45s and 33s. Oh, and my Grove pass....

I still have my wedding knickers!!! LOL just to remind me of the size of my arse back then!!!! There's still hope.

I have all kinds of things from my past.  Had a great little diary at home but my wicked sis in law fecked it out! It was full of St. Annes stories and past pupils!!!

I even had a pressed flower from one of the debs I went to in it.  I have all my old ticket stubs and school photo's.  I have all my valentine cards from way back.  Very sweet I must say.  I even have my very first love note from a little lad I went out with from Kilkenny.  I have the first necklace I ever got off a guy.

Absolutely T, cheers me up no end chatting with you and all the gang on here......

As regards Keepsakes, I used to keep a bundle of notebooks in the mid 80s with poems, doodles and stories in them but a friend 'borrowed' them and they never came back to me...
