OK, who's heading to the Christmas Reunion on 28th December?

Are people planning on heading straight into Radio City or going for a few scoops somewhere beforehand?

Bruns.

Edit: Stupid alcohol making me make typos - D'oh!

I got lucky at the last reunion at the Button factory. I was the first one there, apart from Andy. He played Battle for Evermore just for me. One of my favourites. Thanks again, Andy. It was a special moment

I was in town today for the first time in ages, and while passing through Abbey st.,I became frozen to the spot..The Plough pub has reopened ! as I said before on the site,my mates and I used to go there every Saturday before heading to the Grove
so on the 28th,I will be defo dropping in there for
'old times sake',and its handy for Radio City too

Well girlfriend coming up for reunion and we're staying in the Issacs Hotel  €75 for the room online or if you phone the hotel themselves its €115 for room... We should be in there early enough and there should be no problem going on an early pub crawl...

Was actually talking to Mel about this last night.
But what the hell happened to the Nep? Is it open and closed when they feel like it? The last few times i tried that place it was closed

Was such a pain having to walk all the way to Bruxelles for a decent jukebox.

Totally confused by the 'Nep' situation, Shawn.  I thought downstairs was open on Sundays.  Maybe we should have met up in the Plough with Short Haired Hippie?

Haven't been in the Nep in a while but from talking to friends who are in more than me, downstairs is now only open on Sat nights due to lack of custom.

Bruns,as I said to you,I went to the Plough to meet my
mates, and they were playing a few Grove tunes like 'whole of the moon'and 'dont fear the reaper',but
our plan was a pint in the Nep too,so we went over, and I believe the Nep is only open Fridays&Saturdays,
but I bumped into Rolo.and Black Russian in Flowing Tide,so it was grand. And by the way the Plough is not a bad spot now,and what memories I have from the old days

SHH, was never really a plough person myself - though the way the Nep seems to be going, I reckon it might become one of the staples for town meets from now on....

Bruns,I wouldnt make it a regular spot, but it was handy
for radio city, there is better places,e.g Foggy Dew,but the Plough would be ok as a meeting place.

did you see the photo DAYO took of us in the bar ?( at reunion )
