I Don't know why it didn't occur to me until now.
The Grove Diaspora.

Anyone who travels through Dublin Airport international
is constantly reminded of our scattered souls. The Irish
are like a backfire from a 60s Ford Anglia; give us a target,
we'll cover it completely. Give us Earth, we'll put a coat of
ourselves on every shore, mountain, and town. Now that's
not new to us, but here's the twist: Worldwide people claim
their roots to the 'auld sod', but, worldwide, who claims roots
to the Grove! I see Ms. Whelan in the Carribean, and others in
the US or UK. I'm sure there are many many more.

So let's do this for Cecil; No offense to anyone at home; We just
like to think that as a country of tough love kids, we loved our
music, loved our Grove, and went into the world to try to change it.

Betcha we've got a Grover on every continent.

I do apologize.

I realize that this should not have been posted under Memory Lane, and the Off Topic forum is the more appropriate location.

Hi Saint Pauls78,

If you post it out there, you'll get a few replies - there's representatives of two continents besides Europe who post regularly.

We have not inherited the earth from our ancestors, we have only borrowed it from our children.
