Wow, that is the definition of a quality gig Pat. I didn't even know it was on, but I assume one or two ads when it was announced and it would have sold out ...
Annette (wifey) and Rebecca (daughter) are going to Bon Jovi in the RDS on Sunday. I am a big fan of Bon Jovi, but they are probably bigger fans, so they get the 2 tickets! Why I didn't order 3 at the time I can't remember - probably wasn't sure that the other pair would def go ... but they are ... so there you go ...

We've rocked up to Manila to see The Corrs play tomorrow night.
They will certainly bring an Irish flavour to the Philippines. They are huge here and both their concerts are sold out long ago. But the best is that this is Marjie's first concert and I surprised her with tickets for The Corrs as she loves them and has known their music since she was a teenager. So it'll be a great night. 👍 ❤️

No monster. This is a very expensive one off trip. Between flights, 2 nights accom and concert tickets it cost me about €600. The Corrs alone cost €310 for the two tickets. It'll be well worth it. The atmosphere will be electric. The venue is in the style of a coliseum and holds 16000 to 20000 and is completely sold out. And the Filipinos love their karaoke so will probably drown out the band 😂😂😂. Only doing this because it's The Corrs. Not many acts that we'd both enjoy take in the Philippines and those that do come like Coldplay cost an absolute fortune in ticket prices. Will post some photos or video on FB later. |
