Hey Tomcat, welcome to the site!

I remember him playing "I go to sleep" as well as "No Woman No Cry".  Not sure if he played "Running with the pack" but a great song all the same...

I remember Jim Redmond headbanging for the whole of Stairway to Heaven (even the slow first 4/5s) while the couples all tried to dance around him!!
Coincidence, if traced back far enough, becomes inevitable

I don't believe that Donal. Probably fixing your flowing locks (or knocking back your choice of beverage)

Normally out in the compound during the slowies, probably got knocked back once too often.

Running with the pack - Bad Company

Poor Kev! I used to ruin it for him by saying Yes so I wouldn't look like wallflower and we used to have a good oul natter during the slowies!! Usually taking the pi** out of the groping grovers around us.

Ahhh! Good times!

LOL, that's so you Fran to throw a spanner in the works!

I'd love if "Thank You" by Zeppelin was played. I think I fell in love with my hubby listening to him playing that on camping trips when we were still just mates. Got it played at our wedding too.

So Crusty...if you have it....PLEASE!!!!! (Now I just have to find a babysitter so hubby can go too).

Smoke me a kipper I'll be back for Breakfast!

Ceciul played Stevie Wonder's Supersticion at the 40th.

Never thought I'd hear that at the Grove...and at the 40th I never thought I'd be jiving to it...we were standing up at the back when it was played and I just couldn't help myself but to move while we were chatting...incredible groove-really boppy backbeat and keyboard riff.

Cool...

Thanks.

CCR didn't actually have a lot of slow songs but this one is a classic.

Superstition  Think that era of Stevie Wonder was his best 1969 - 1973.
