Tonight we watched "An Unfinished Life". Robert Redford, Morgan Freeman and Jennifer Lopez star.

We watched "Proud Mary" tonight. Good action thriller. Needless to say the soundtrack included the Creedence song but it was the Tina Turner version that fitted perfectly into the scene it was played in. |

Must check that one out Pat...
Watched about half of a film tracing the background and rise to fame of Motley Crue (of all bands). On netflix. Will watch the rest of it over next couple days. Not riveting but interesting enough to see the back story of the band members... Not a big fan of their music...

I know nothing about Motley Crew.
Our version of Netflix is probably different to yours. I only post up movies we both liked when we watched them. We've seen some garbage so wouldn't dream of recommending them to anyone 😂😂😂

Looked at green street last night, not a new film but Rebecca revommended it to me. Excellent football hooligan story (West Ham/Millwall) with a bit of a twist. On Netflix. Highly recommend if your not put off by some pretty graphic violence in parts...

Just watched "Mixed By Erry".
Based on a true story of how three brothers from Naples made fortunes out of pirating music onto cassettes and later CD's. Set in the 1980'/early 90's. It's brilliant.

I'm sure we've had some of those at home after various Spanish holidays in those times. Used to buy lots of music cheaply to bring home - quality was "varied", to say the least!!!

Basically they were pirating by recording compilation cassettes off vinyl records and selling them by the lorry load to areas all over Italy.
They had big what they called "laboratories" full of equipment recording the compilations onto the cassettes. Incredible true story.

Tonight's movie.
"Blood & Gold". At the bitter end of World War II, a German deserter and a young woman are drawn into bloody battle with a group of Nazis hunting for hidden gold. Very good action movie.

And tonight we are watching "Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway".
Pretty true account of a mother's fight to win back custody of her children from the Norwegian authorities. Quite a moving film and emotional film. One of the best we've seen from Netflix.

Sounds like it's a play on Lady Chatterly so hopefully i's not full of nudity like the Pulp Friction movie I watched last week.
