Hello,

I went to the grove from about late 1980 up to late 1982.  There was - as was the norm - a group of us girls.

Ann Healy, Maria Murray & her sister Jean, Jeanette Harmon, Graine McHugh, Annette Gorman (sometimes), Mary Hassett & Mary Dunne.  And me Liz Byrne.

We mixed with.... Des Walsh, Sean & Brian Hassett, Paul Gramham...

Any names ringing a bell??

Peter from Howth .... you out there ? ? ?

No bells Liz,but glad to see ya anyway. There's a few of us on here from that very time so maybe someone else'll recognise the names.

Oh yeah,by the way,in which particular zoo do you currently reside ?

Rolo.

Know something Liz,I never did.

But anyway listen, there's girls from St.Mary's,HFC and Manor House among the regular contributors so maybe you'll locate some long lost Grove acquaintance while you're out here.

Your best bet for hooking up with the regulars is on the " Off Topic Forum " subsection ," Chat Room or Guilty / Not Guilty or One Stop Debate topics.

So there ya have it.Maybe we'll see ya out there.

Rolo.

I went to Sandymount High School.  A mixed sex school.  Never once did a d. science class... of course back in the day they were just called home ecomonics - or cooking!!

And yea... they are all my own cakes.  And they are all yummy!!

I did a couse in the Ballsbridge College of business studies and knew a bunch of girls that went to Sandymount high - what year did you leave?
