I googled www.eyebrowy,com and it's just a load of Chinese/Japanese symbols.

Makes no sense.

Maybe Andy (Crusty) will enlighten us if he reads this.

Fifteen years ago.

I'd say it was a site where you could download images like emojies.

A character dancing etc.

But the site no longer exists.
