Fear ye not Good People! There will be a Hallowe'en Grove happening. I've just been having a couple of delays with the new venue, just regarding fixing of the final details and costs, which will have an effect on the final ticket prices - hence the delay in putting them on sale (I'm trying to keep the prices as low as possible). Hopefully we'll be able to run a little later on the night too, but I can't promise anything. I'll post all details as soon as all is confirmed. Won't be long now! Apologies for all delays.

It was always the last refuge of the scoundrel on Halloween. If all else has failed, put on a dress. I love seeing fellas dressed up in dresses in the bar having a rake of pints, hairy legs and big black shoes and socks. the hairy chest popping out of the low cut cleavage. they can't sit without half the world seeing god knows what. As for the standing at the urinal with the dress tucked up it's just hilarious. And then the gradual spillage of pints onto the dress. the queries over how come someone's mot has dresses big enough for her fella to fit into...... that is a horrible image Whipper... then again, its exactly what happened a gang of us in the Gaeltacht one Halloween. The worst thing was we didn't want to smudge our lipstick and drank our pints of Guinness through straws. We got quite drunk, and funnily enough, very fluent in Irish and had great craic with the locals. |

Wore a wig for Hallow'een one year (went as a Hary enfield Scouser type, except with an Arsenal jersey All for a themed look, but preferably not wigs. And, I sweat like a beast at the best of times, stick a wig on top of me as well? Wouldn't be pretty. I checked the website last week but didn't make it to the forum to check on tickets. In Dublin this weekend so, if there's any tickets yet, I'll try and pick one up. Last reunion I was at was last Hallowe'en. And the best bit about this one!!!!! It's about 5 minutes from me da's!!! So, only about a 20 min stumble! |

Just wondering what time it's gonna be over at.....anyone know? I know Crusty said that the bar was gonna be open till 1.30.....so does that mean the last dance is 2ish ??

Oh, definitely the camera! I was up the Northside the other day having a look at the Halloween stuff in Tommy's with my workmates. One of them asked what I was looking for and I said I wanted a long purple wig to go with my costume. Workmate gave my hair a long pointed look.....lol! Jen ------------- "Gentlemen! Definitely camera,Rob-last Hallowe'en was a great effort ny some attendees...remember Kiss? Batman? The withes and the Phanthom of the Opera? Some of the Cureheads were wearing stuff they still had from twenty years ago-was obviously too small which made it look like the effort was made-took some shots last year and posted them - must look and see are they still there.
