Not sure if it's just me but if I try and use the site
with IE8 I have difficulty posting & with FF 3 although
it accepts my login it still doesn't register me as
being logged in so can't get into chatroom.

Chrome however is working lovely TG.

Anyone else experience these issues?

FF 3 not working either. Besides it goes with the job,
have to be on latest and greatest to stay ahead of the
curve.

There was a similar issue when IE7 came out and it cleared up soon afterwards - I'll try tweaking a few things around and hopefully it will help.

I use Firefox 3 as well June, and I've had no problems with the site.

I've always found Firefox 3 fine - I've been using Safari for a year or so now
- when posting, it shortens lines of text - the word wrap isn't quite right,
but that's all.

actually June - looking at your posts, might have the same word wrap thing
on long sentences.

There is a different message window for different browsers. IIRC Chrome supports the same one as Safari whereas Firefox's one is a bit more advanced and Internet Explorer's one is capable of displaying all features (and can make a link automatically, etc.).

I would dearly love to know what you are all talking about, however, technology just escapes me.
But I do understand the last bit about Internet Explorer making a link automatically -  hope mine is doing that. Don't seem to have whatever problem you are talking about. Just wanted to comment as I usually do

hey Lesley, I'm lost too, at least we can all get our posts on here

Maryi, I'm happy with my Apple (was going to say happy with my Mac but
that sounds dodgy!)
I has the same message on XP about not having a legal copy - I think I had
to download a Windows Verification thing to confirm it was an ok copy.
On our Vista laptop I keep getting notifications that I need to download
updates, but they won't install. It's working fine without them though!

I was just wondering if all the photo's should be put in the Gallery so we don't have to seach under dates etc if we want to see them again.

I don't know the ins and outs of this, so if it's adifficult or time consuming then forget it ???????

I've just copped how to fix the word wrap problem with Safari, Chrome, etc..
(when posting replies, the word wrap kicks in and long sentences don't fill the whole width of the screen)

When posting a reply, click on the bottom right of the text box and drag it over to expand it! Simple

then again if it hasn't been bugging you for months like it bugged me, ignore this!!!
