Very sad to hear of Ronnie's death.

One of the greatest rock vocalists ever.

No coincidence that the best albums from Sabbath and from Rainbow came with him as the lead singer.

RIP

Share the sentiments expressed above.

Very pleased to say that I did manage to see the little man live with Heaven and Hell in Perth in 2007.

RIP.

Big Big fan of Dio. First time I ever heard Dio was on a cassette my brother had, it only had 2 songs on one side of the tape... Live Version of "Stairway to heaven" and live version of Rainbow "Catch the Rainbow", and straight away I became a fan. That was early 80's its hard to believe its nearly 25-30 years ago. I have seen almost all my "music" heroes Live in Concert except 3 Queen, Pink Floyd and Dio. Nearly got to see him twice we had Tickets to see him last year in Manchester when he got unwell and then again for the upcoming Iron Maiden gig..

The metal world's a sadder place without you Ronnie, RIP. Had the privilege of seeing Dio twice here in Dublin in 1984 & 2005, one of the greatest metal voices ever, \m/ \m/
