U2 singles from the Joshua Tree era had some great B-sides.. The B sides were better than some of the album tracks

Good thread Pat.

I know its a double A side, but worth mentioning Strawberry Fields and Penny Lane. Whichever is the A or B, the other is a cracker.

Oasis had some good B-sides in the 90s - The Masterplan, Acquiese, Rockin Chair, Its good to be free.

Other selected -

  1. The Cult Sunrise (b-side of Rain), Love Trooper (b-side of Wild Flower).
  2. Sisters of Mercy - selected - Train, Adrenechone, Anaconda
  3. The Cure - Another Journey by Train
