The Grove 50th Anniversary Reunion

Ticket arrived in post today.

Went out and bought some plectrums for my air guitar Big smile

May be going to hell in a bucket but at least I'm enjoying the ride.

A huge thanks to everyone for your support and we're pleased to announce a second date - for those who missed the chance to get tickets for the Saturday. We're holding it on the Friday, August 25th, the preceding day. Tickets are now on sale from www.tickets.ie

Tickets for The Grove 50th Anniversary Reunion, happening at St. Paul's College, Raheny on Saturday, August 26th, 2017 at 21:30, go on sale Thursday May 25th at 9:00, 3 months in advance of the event itself. Tickets will be available from www.tickets.ie and are limited to 460 tickets.
To put it in perspective, we sold twice that many tickets for the 40th reunions in The Sheiling Hotel 10 years ago. This reunion is the "big 50" and it's happening in St. Paul's, so I'm guessing that it will sell out pretty quickly. Once it's sold out, there's nothing Cecil or myself or anyone else can do. Don't expect any guestlist from Cecil, he's specifically asked not to get involved with that, he doesn't want the headache. Tickets will be €25. The price is more expensive than we'd hoped, but so were the expenses of running this one-off event. Remember, 9am (tomorrow) Thursday, May 25th.
