All, The Grove Show Team have decided to cancel tomorrow nights show. We have thought long and hard about it and dont make that decision lightly. Although Near FM remains open for business, we felt the logistics of putting on a show was too much of a risk at present. These are difficult times and we wish all grovers a safe passage over the coming weeks. We look forward to returning soon and continuing to celebrate The Grove!

Correct and understandable decision Brian.

Hi Brian, fully support your decision. As we've all been saying, these are strange and scary days, and not a time for taking chances. I think you have taken absolutely the right decision. When all this is over - and it will pass, like everything else - then we will get back to celebrating the Grove and our joint love of music. Until then, you and the rest of the crew stay safe. Gerry.

With Near FM off limits at present, we have decided to do something a bit different this friday night! I will be putting up a recorded show from 2018 which hasn't been on Mixcloud before and we would like you to listen in and comment on FB as if it were a live show. I will post the link up just before 9 30 pm this friday April 3rd and go from there. Hopefully you can join us for some good music and craic! |

We are back on air this Friday May 1 on Near FM from 9.30pm! The station is still closed but is taking shows if we record from home. I have recorded this weeks show and sent in, so away we go. This week will be a places playlist. Hope you can join for some FB banter and good music.
